About the Headshot session
Our individual headshot session includes unlimited session time; so we can focus on creating your headshot. I understand that most people are not comfortable in front of the camera right away, that is why I am taking away the time limit from our session. We will use all the time that you need to get comfortable and relax in front of the camera, and the more relax you are the better the images will be. However if you need it to be quick, just let us know. We can do the shoot in 30 minutes(Setup/backup time not included).
Do you have several wardrobe/outfits that you think will fit the purpose of your headshot, Bring it in and we will shoot it.
I don't own a studio space, so all shoots are done on location, it can be at your home or office. I'll bring my mobile studio setup to you and I will require at least 30 minutes to set it up. There is no additional fee for locations within Metro Manila and Legazpi City. If you don't have the space or just want to shoot in a studio we can always rent at additional fee.
During our session, we'll create images that will help you on your self-promotion may it be via website, professional or social networks(like Facebook,Instagram, Linkedin), forums, business cards or print. The expression we want is confidence and approachability.
At the end of the session, you’ll have the option to sit down with me, and go through the images. You'll have to select your favorites images that you'd like to keep to purchase for your use. Each image selected costs Php1,500 and includes professional retouching.
There is a non-refundable 50% advance payment that is required to reserved the date and due at the time of booking. The Advance payment shall be applied towards the total cost of the service to be rendered. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot. Please contact us to check the availability of your chosen session date. I can only accommodate bookings done at least four (4) days before the chosen shoot date.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR SESSION
When you book a session, the date is reserved just for you, and no other bookings will be accepted on that day. This is to ensure that our attention is focus only on you and creating the headshot. Usually session time will vary from person to person, taking an hour to a few hours. There is no rush because your session includes unlimited time.
During the session I will coach you in posing and will guide you to in order to get the shot. We will use all the time you need. We will also review the images from time to time. To see what works for you and what needs to be improved.
At the end of the session, you’ll have the option to sit down with me, and go through the images. We will narrow it down to the best shots for you to choose from. After we shortlisted collection of the images then the final selection is entirely up to you. You'll have to select your favorite images, that you'd like to keep and purchase for your use. Each image purchased costs Php1,500 and includes professional retouching.
The images you purchased are then delivered within 5-7 business days. Rush turnarounds are also available. The purchased images will be sent digitally and are granted rights to use on digital and print collateral, publicity, public display, and self promotion use by the client only. All other uses must be negotiated separately.
Pricing
I charge a Session fee and a per Image fee. The session fee is for the shooting and creating of the headshot images while the Image fee is for the retouching and usage of each image.
This pricing structure will give you full control on the how many images you require from the session and the final cost. I don't want you paying more than what you need.

Scheduling and Payments
Reservation of Shoot date and Advance Payment- Please contact us to check the availability of your chosen session date. I can only accommodate bookings done at least four (4) days before the chosen shoot date.

Mode of Payment-Payments can be made through Bank Deposit and via Paypal payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit card/debit cards and paypal account). The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot and cash payment only.
Shoot Location-I don't have a studio so all shoots are on location, either at your home or office. We can have studio setup where we are allowed by the management. If you want to shoot in a studio we can always rent at additional fee.
Reschedule of session- If you need to reschedule your photo shoot, please do so with at least 72 hours notice, else you will not be allowed to reschedule and the deposit will serve as compensation to the damage cause to the photographer. To reschedule you must notify Mark by telephone only and he will send you an email to confirm your change of schedule.
Cancellation of session- Cancellation when a deposit is made is not allowed. The deposit will serve as compensation to the damage cause to the photographer.
Cancellation when full payment is made is allowed, if and only if the client notify the photographer 7 days before the scheduled session. The client will only be eligible to refund 50% of total fees. The 50% is the non-refundable deposit used to reserved the booking and will now serve as compensation to the damage cause to the photographer.
Failure to notify the photographer 72 hours before the scheduled session, the client will be ineligible for any refund. The full payment made by the client will now serve as compensation to the damage cause to the photographer.
About the Images: If you are unhappy with the images in anyway, it's your responsibility to let the photographer know at the time of the session.

It is recommended to update your headshots with new ones every 6 months to a year or Every time as your look changes( example New Hair cut, New Hair Color and Braces or noticeable cosmetic dental work.)
