Benefits
COST SAVINGS PER EMPLOYEE: Individual sessions cost higher per person than pricing for headshots on location assignments that have 5 or more people. This is due to volume and time spent shooting per person.
Our group rates offers savings based on the number of people being photographed.
For a group session of 5 persons as example, each person with 1 headshot image each will only cost you Php 5900/per person, while if you book them individually, each person with 1 headshot image will cost you PHP11,500/per person.
THE STUDIO GOES TO YOU: I will bring the studio setup to your office. I need 30 minutes to setup and a 10×12 feet space to build my headshot studio setup. Preferably away from foot traffic to have a reasonable privacy for each person being photographed. It will help your employees to relax and minimized pressure from the look of people passing by the shooting area.
If for any reason that shooting at your office is not allowed or is not an option. We can always rent a studio at additional cost.
REPEATABLE: New members of the company can get the same headshots that look like the ones we took months ago. We also offer discounted rate for returning clients.

High end Headshot Group Pricing
Our group rates offers savings based on the number of people being photographed.
We charge a flat Php10,000 photographer/on-location setup fee + per person fee.
This pricing is for single day and on-site shoot with 1 look either pure white or gray background studio setup. Each person will have 1 full retouched image.
In order to maintain the quality of our work, only up to 40 people per day will be photographed.
5-10 people......................Php3,900 per person
Each person will have 1 full retouched image.

Photographer/On-location SETUP FEE...........Php10,000 per day
We charge a flat Php10,000 for photographer/on location setup fee for each nonconsecutive shoot days and location of shoot, to pack up our gear and head to your location. For locations outside of Metro Manila and Legazpi City there may be additional travel expenses to and from location is TBD.
Addtional fees
Studio rental minimum 3 hours- (Price, location and availability will depend on studio)
Additional Images- PHP 1500/per image
Additional shoot date/location- PHP 10 000 per location or day.
How this works
1. Inquiry- details will be discuss and finalized. Number of Persons,Shoot date, location etc.
2. We will send you final estimate with payment method.
3. Payment of Reservation fee is required before the date is booked
4. Photoshoot day and full payment
5. Image/File delivery: 7 days after session we will send to you final images online

I don't have a studio so all shoots are on location, either at your home or office or a place we can decide on together. We can have studio setup where we are allowed by the management. If you want to shoot in a studio we can always rent at additional fee.
Reservation Deposit/ Payment- 50% of total amount agreed is due during the time of booking. this is a non refundable deposit called retainer fee, it is required to book the session and this will also ensure that you fully understand that you have booked your session. If deposit is not received 3 days after you reserved a session date, or 4 days before your scheduled session date, Your booking will be considered CANCELLED.
MODE OF PAYMENT:
Payment can be made through Bank Deposit and Paypal. (Cash payment may be accepted if we are in the same area during time of booking.) The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot. Cash payment only.
Reschedule of session:
If you need to reschedule your photo shoot, please do so with at least 72 hours notice, else you will not be allowed to reschedule and the deposit will serve as compensation to the damage cause to the photographer. To reschedule you must notify Mark by telephone only and he will send you an email to confirm your change of schedule.

Cancellation when a 50% deposit is made is not allowed. The deposit will serve as compensation to the damage cause to the photographer.

Failure to notify the photographer 72 hours before the scheduled session, the client will be ineligible for any refund. The full payment made by the client will now serve as compensation to the damage cause to the photographer.
