Event and High-Volume Headshot Rate
If you have large, diverse workforce around the country, having a headshot station during trade shows and conferences event is a great way of getting consistent headshot for your team as they are already in the same venue.Having headshot stations at an event also works as an awesome marketing tool for vendors and sponsors.
This service is focus on getting each person photographed as fast as possible during the time allotted, it is more likely to be a production line shooting.
Whole day is up to eight consecutive hours. A headshot station is able to photograph as many as 15 people per hour.
*Please note that due to the high volume, each person will be photographed with far less time and coaching compared to our High End Group headshot.

On Site Image Selection.......PHP8,000/day
Each person will be assisted in selecting their favorite image after they are photographed.
File Organization ....................PHP8,000/day
Each selected images will be renamed by last name_ first name. Instead of IMG1234.jpg, all files are named for the person in the image, Dela cruz_Juan.jpg. This makes distributing the images much easier.
Image Retouching..................................PHP390/image
Depending on your needs, you may want to provide a retouched image for each person we photograph. This includes removing stray hairs, reducing facial shine, removing blemishes, and lightening dark circles under eyes.
Image Usage License..................PHP15,000/day
If you plan on using the headshot images other than the company's website and social media. Example: Magazine, publications, commercial and Advertisement. Copyright usage and licensing agreement for all images from the headshot station. Price is per day of shooting.
